Water and Ice no longer transparent on fast graphics

      Water and Ice are not transparent as they should in newest snapshot!

      Edit: I understand that this happens when you have graphics set to FAST, but some people have bad computer and because water is opaque they can't find clay for example. As dinnerbone tweeted (Thank you Tails) this is indeed a bug. https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/375969944623923200
