Bonus chests cannot spawn in a superflat world which has been customized to have no blocks

      Steps to reproduce

      • Create a superflat world which does not contain blocks (blockID=0)
      • Allow bonus chest

      Look around, there will be no bonus chest

      (I know it would seem useless, but one thing bonus chests could be useful in empty world is to build on them, as you have no other blocks to build on)
