Items formatted name loses color/format after repairing it with anvil.

      So I have created formated item name using programs like NBTEdit/INVEdit.
      I used it abit then tried to repair. "§4§lITEM NAME" becomes "4lITEM NAME".
      I thought its because of Bukkit but this also happens on vanilla.
