Creating horse armour not working

*What I expected to happen was to make horse armour *
Horse armour was to be created

What actually happened was...:
i tryed on Single Player and multiplare looked up several times how to make the recipe for horse armour.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Craft iron horse armor with wool
2. ...Craft diamond horse armor with wool
3. ..Craft gold horse armor with wool
