Translucent blocks are not visible through others

      Something that has bugged me since around 1.0, basically when looking through a translucent block (such as ice) you cannot see other translucent blocks (water) through it, as an example, looking through a block of ice into the ocean you cannot see the water.

      What I expected to happen was...
      I thought that you would be able to see other blocks through translucent blocks.

      What actually happened was...
      Other translucent blocks are not visible and do not appear.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Find water
      2. Place an ice block facing the water
      3. Look through the ice towards the water
      4. Water is not visible (neither is another block of ice)

      This is quite hard to explain so I've attached screenshots of the issue below.
