When going to the nether and back, the existing creakings detach from their creaking hearts and new ones spawn

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Portal and tp command block for creaking
2. Create creaking heart tower to spawn creaking then go to nether portal
3. Go back to Overworld in Nether portal

Observed result: The creaking can Respawns upon the player goes to nether portal then goes back to Overworld.

Expected Behavior: When the player goes to nether portal then goes back to Overworld, Creaking would only keep the entity maintain.
