      The Bug

      Strays, bogged, and wither skeletons, when shooting while holding a bow, do not move it upwards to shoot, unlike a skeleton. Instead, they hold it downwards, in the idle position. See the attachment: MC-278149.mp4

      This issue did not occur in 24w44a or before.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Summon a wither skeleton holding a bow, or any stray or bogged:
        /summon minecraft:wither_skeleton ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:bow"}]}

        /summon minecraft:stray

        /summon minecraft:bogged
      2. Go into Survival mode and let the mob shoot you.
      3. Observe the position of the arm and the bow.

      Observed Results

      The stray, bogged, and wither skeleton does not move its bow up to shoot.

      Expected Results

      The stray, bogged, and wither skeleton would move its bow up to shoot, as a skeleton does.
