There are no shadows on text used to display the names of game rules within the game rules menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Begin creating a new world.
2. Click on the "More" tab and then the "Game Rules" button.
3. Look at the text that's used to display the names of game rules.

Observed Behavior:

There are no shadows.

Expected Behavior:

There would be shadows.
