If you move a hopper minecart with items in it above an empty pot, it does not move items into it, even though it can pull items out of the bottom of pots and normal hoppers CAN put items in pots.

Steps to reproduce:

1. place a hopper minecart and put items in it
2. place a pot below the hopper minecart
3. move the hopper minecart so it is resting on the top of the pot
4. observe as no items are moved out of the hopper minecart into the pot

Edit: I've looked into this a bit more since posting and I think hopper minecarts have always been unable to move items into other storage blocks below them, but it doesn't make sense to me. It's a hopper in a minecart, so why doesn't it do all the things hoppers do? I choose to leave this report despite knowing that it is not a bug because I feel that it should be a bug. If any1 seeing this can answer, why don't hopper minecarts move items they are holding into storage blocks below them?
