The volume sliders in the Music and Sounds option can be set to 0%, which is different from off. In 0%, the sound still plays at a very small volume, but in OFF, it's totally off.

How to reproduce:

• With mouse precision, try dragging the slider to the extreme left but not completely to the left. This will cause the slider to reach 0%, instead of OFF.

What was expected:

After 1%, it will be OFF. But 0% is observed.

Expected behavior:

OFF should be the 0% value, as no sound should play.
