Chunk loading

On a world with seed -4011148878802504948 I teleported myself from near spawn to the nearest jungle at 703, 82, 430. I cannot recall if I had loaded this area previously. Upon teleporting, chunks loaded normally until they... didn't. The integrated server wasn't dead and I could still type things in chat, but chunks refused to load and memory allocation slowed to a trickle. Pausing the game did not fix this issue, but reloading the world did. I should have forced a crash but neglected to, so all the info I have is this one error in from the launcher log:
Caught exception in thread Thread[#129,Worker-Main-26,10,main] dvn: Missing Palette entry for index 4. at dvm.a(SourceFile:76) at dvq.a(SourceFile:158) at dvq.a(SourceFile:152) at dvj.a(SourceFile:43) at dvs.a_(SourceFile:103) at eov.c(SourceFile:101) at eom.a(SourceFile:31) at eov.a(SourceFile:168) at eot.a(SourceFile:53) at aqx.f(SourceFile:185) at aqx.h(SourceFile:164) at bpk.h(SourceFile:91) at bpk.a(SourceFile:146) at bpk.run(SourceFile:102) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinTask$RunnableExecuteAction.exec(ForkJoinTask.java:1423) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinTask.doExec(ForkJoinTask.java:387) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinPool$WorkQueue.topLevelExec(ForkJoinPool.java:1312) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinPool.scan(ForkJoinPool.java:1843) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinPool.runWorker(ForkJoinPool.java:1808) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ForkJoinWorkerThread.run(ForkJoinWorkerThread.java:188)
Unfortunately I can no longer reproduce this, but I hope the information provided is sufficient to identify a the cause.
