Observed behavior
When an entity joins a team, the team prefix is incorrectly added before the entity's display name in the chat message.

Expected result
The join message should not be formatted as it can be confusing in some cases (e.g. if the prefix is the letter "y", the message would read "Added ypLayer to team [Team]").

Steps

/team add Team

/team modify Team prefix {"text":"Visiblity ","color":"green"}

* /team join Team @s
