why can't you put a rose bush in a flower pot? 

What I expected to happen was...:
what i expected was to get a beautiful rose bush in a flower pot like a small rose bush for decoration.

What actually happened was...:
i wanted to put a rose bush in a flower pot but it doesn't let me. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take rose bush
2. make a flower pot
3. tried to put rose bush in flower pot = denied.
