f you place Breeze in a mob spawner and it's nighttime, it will attempt to generate breeze (accompanied by white smoke and allowing you to see breeze for a few ticks). This is similar to using a spawn egg to summon hostile mobs in creative mode, whereas traditional hostile mobs like zombies do not exhibit such effects.
