When I first load into the world there are no chunk issues, but as I travel out far (e.g. by boat) chunks start loading improperly. Chunks next to me do not seem to load at all, and the only way to get them to load is to run into them.

My apologies if this is a repost of an issue, but I could not find one that looked similar to mine.
