The fishing rod doesn't retrieve any fish or items even though the fish visually grabs the rod.

What I expected to happen was...:
I'd expect to receive an item or fish when the fish bites the bobber as well as experience for doing so.

What actually happened was...:
Fish bites the rod when the bobber is pulled in there is no item, fish or experience received

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Throw bobber in the water
2. Wait for fish to bite
3. Pull the rod in when the fish bites.
