When burning wood planks/wood, it can also burn other wood blocks even if there past world border. This can't happen because lighting wood blocks past world border doesn't seem to do anything since its the world border and you can no longer place, break or light blocks on fire. And blocks shouldn't interact with blocks past world border either.

      How to reproduce

1-Start by teleporting to the world's border using this command:

      /tp 29999999 256 29999999

2-Then place 2 wood blocks, 1 inside the border and 1 outside (do this outside of the border) because if you're inside the world border you can't place blocks outside the border.

3-Light the block inside the world border on fire, make sure to connect the 2 blocks so the fire can light the other block, you will realize that it does light the 2 blocks when it should only light the one inside the border since fire cannot interact with blocks outside of the world border or anything in general.

Observations: Wood blocks outside of the world border can still burn on fire even if they're outside of the border

Expectations: This shouldn't really happen since you can't really do anything outside of the world border including burning blocks, and blocks outside the world border shouldn't interact with blocks inside the border.
