Players blocking with a shield cannot deflect or block fishing rod bobbers from the front

Players blocking with a shield cannot block or deflect fishing rod bobbers from other players like they can with other projectiles such as; arrows, tridents, or wind charges when the bobber is hitting them from their blocking direction. For clarification, this is not reporting the bobber connecting when hitting the player anywhere, but simply from the direction of the shield (shown in the video)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have two players join an LAN or multiplayer world
      2. Player 1 blocks with a shield
      3. Player 2 Uses a fishing rod, towards the shield

      Observed Behavior:

Despite player 1 blocking, the bobber attaches to them anyways, seemingly phasing through the shield.

      Expected Behavior:

The bobber would not attach to the player, but instead would collide with the shield, bouncing off or simply falling to the ground.
