When revealing hitboxes by clicking F3+B and dropping an item from you're inventory, it doesn't seem like the hitbox is actually following the items movement when its floating up and going down, which results in the items floating on top of the hitbox.

How to reproduce

Turn on hitbox by clicking F3+B.
Then drop any item from you're inventory, the hitbox will not follow the item when its floating.

Observations: Hitbox doesn't follow items.
Expectations: Since the hitbox was revealed, it should follow the item's movement rather than the hitbox not moving.
