When trying to throw items out of you're inventory in creative mode, it doesn't really seem to work. This only affects 1.20.5 Pre-Release 1. 

How to reproduce

Go on version 1.20.5 pre-release 1.
Create a world and set the gamemode to creative.
Obtain any item and add it to you're inventory, then try to throw the item, nothing happens.

Observations: Items cannot be thrown in creative mode.
Expectations: Just like any other version, items can be thrown in creative mode.
