The bug

The Telemetry Data menu uses text_field.png and text_field_highlighted.png to list the collected data, despite this not being an editable text area. All other places where these textures are used are editable, so this is inconsistent.

How to reproduce

The resource pack attached to MC-269440 retextures text fields, and can be used to compare this to other areas where the text field file is used.

Expected results

As this is not an editable area of text, it would use a different texture, potentially either a new dedicated texture or the existing menu_list_background textures.
