When throwing a wind charge through a transparent block, the wind charge can pass through the block placed underneath it or behind it.

This is a bit funky as the wind charge doesn't always pass through, but as long as it is thrown into the transparent block  towards the block under or behind it, it can pass through without colliding with neither of the blocks.

      Steps to replicate:

      1. place a full block and a transparent block on top (such as stone and a carpet or obsidian and chest)
      2. aim and throw a wind charge towards the face the transparent block is placed on
      3. try to throw either straight towards it or in a slight angle
