When using bone meal, the vibration for sculk sensors occurs at the location of the player, rather than at the block where the bone meal was used.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place down a sculk sensor
- Use bone meal on a block
→ The bone meal is used, and a vibration is created at the player's position.
