Textures of Dried Kelp and Dried Kelp block inconsistent with each other

      Textures of Dried Kelp and Dried Kelp block uses different color schemes.

      Here is an image of their color schemes and textures:

      It can be noticed that Dried Kelp in the form of an item has a more desaturated colour palette.

      In addition, in older versions of Bedrock Edition Dried Kelp has texture which color scheme very similar to scheme of its block form (but colors are also inconsistent):
