The bug

The amount of knockback reduction in blast protection armor from wind charges is in a higher degree for players than mobs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Throw wind charges at the player with blast protection
2. Do the same to the mob
3. Notice how the player takes less knockback than the mob

Intended behavior

The player should take the same amount of knockback as mobs.

Actual behavior

Players take less knockback than mobs.
