item frame enchants 2.0

*What I expected to happen was Nothing

*What actually happened was the item was enchanted when it wasn't in an item frame
it looks like the poiton bottle had the enchantment marks that fit a block and i did the 2 item frame stacks and put a bow in and the bow looked enchanted because of the enchantment source was too big and you could do that with most of the enchanted stuff to most items.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You Need A Enchanted item,a non enchanted item,2 item frames,2 fences.
2.
