Copper bulbs used to be a convenient way to have high precision Redstone. However, in the latest snapshot, these bulbs have suddenly been modified to have a 0 tick delay. This new lack of precision has visibly enraged Redstoners around the world and should not be considered "fixed" by Microsoft or by Mojang.
The best way to make people happy (Including myself) is by reverting this change to it's original 1 game tick (Not Redstone tick) form. This has ticked people off more than the mob votes that have happened, and we beg of you Mojang, please, for the beauty of the Redstone community, to revert this change.

This flood of reports will not end until both the bulb and the crafter are reverted to their original forms, and ignoring us will ruin Mojang's reputation just as much as the server moderation update, if not more.
