For some reason, copper bulbs do not have a one-tick delay in the newest snapshot, 23w46a, but instead do not have any tick delay. I do not know if this was intentional, but it needs to be fixed. When I updated from 23w44a to 23w46a (so I could check out the cool new features), I realized that my redstone contraptions using the new copper bulb were not working as I had intended. Because of this bug/change, all of the new mechanisms created with the copper bulb have the wrong tick delays, cause them to not work properly. Redstone creators like me now aren't able to create as unique redstone builds, because of the fact that we already have a block without a tick delay (noteblock). Part of the reason people were so excited about the copper bulb was because of its unique one-tick delay, which no other block has.

I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed, or people will lose a good bit of interest in the new update, which was mainly fueled by this block, and the new crafter.
