1.19.4 "fixed" this "bug":

...which now breaks some functionalities of mods and plugins that relied on checking if the player is sprinting in a boat or sprinting while gliding with an elytra.

Possible solutions:

• revert the changes
• revert the changes, thus display the FOV change, but actually increase the player's velocity when sprinting while traveling by boat / elytra (new feature request?)
• allow the player to sprint while gliding / moving by boat but don't actually change the FOV nor the velocity

I think the second one would be the best (and coolest?) one
