I threw an ender pearl at a stair block directly above my head and was teleported inside of it.

What I expected to happen was...
I would take damage and remain on the ground

What actually happened was...
I became stuck inside of the stair block, and when I jumped once I fell through it, but twice and I was on top of it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a 3 block high pillar with a stair block against the top block, or stand underneath a stair block that is 3 blocks high on a village house
2. Throw an enderpearl directly upwards at the stair (when trying to recreate it it didn't work on the first try for me, but after a couple it did)
