What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that the potion texture would not change in the programmer art texture pack in 1.20+. Programmer art is suppose to have the old texture of items.

What actually happened was...:
The potion texture was changed for programmer art
(check attached image, netherrack shows I have programmer art on and that the potion texture has changed.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load 1.20 or 1.20.1
2. Get any potion
3. Turn on Programmer art
