The bug

The item form of chorus plants is defined via a file called "chorus_plant.json" in the blocks directory. This model file, however, is not used at all by any block. The chorus plant item model in the item models directory only exists to use the chorus_plant.json in the blocks directory as a parent, which is completely pointless: the same result could be achieved by simply moving the chorus_plant.json file in the models/block directory into the models/item directory and deleting the redundant file that exists only to reference it.

It is worth noting that the fact that this item model is in the blocks directory has caused significant confusion before: MC-120420
