The Bug:

Guardians and elder guardians jitter when tracking the movement of their targets.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an elder guardian in a large area of water.
2. Switch to survival mode and keep a distance of around five blocks away from the elder guardian.
3. Move around and watch closely as the elder guardian tracks you.
4. Take note as to whether or not guardians and elder guardians jitter when tracking the movement of their targets.

Observed Behavior:

Guardians and elder guardians jitter.

Expected Behavior:

Guardians and elder guardians would not jitter.
