I don't know where to post this, so I'll post it here.
There are 2 accounts on a email address and in order to migrate both, I must choose a different email. Mojang sent me an email to verify that I was the owner of the account, and it said to click a link that was in the email. After doing so, it directed me to the migration page where this all started, and in the top left corner it said,with red letters," Error! Migration failed. Please try again."

(I don't know if this is a bug or not, but there were no other options for minecraft).
