      The bug

Translucent things that are behind beacon beams will render on top of the faint outer section of the beam.

This is hard to see with default settings - it's more obvious if targeting a block behind the beam, since the block outline will render on top of it clearly. A resource pack that makes black stained glass look identical to black concrete is attached.

This bug still affects Fabulous! graphics settings.

      How to reproduce

      1. Build a beacon
      2. Place black concrete next to the beam
      3. Place black stained glass next to the beam
      4. Apply the attached resource pack that makes black stained glass look like black concrete

      Expected results

The outer beam would render in front of both the black stained glass and black concrete.

      Actual results

The beam renders on top of the black concrete, but is entirely occluded by the black stained glass.
