      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a horse already equipped with a saddle by using the command provided below.
        /summon minecraft:horse ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b,SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b}}
      2. Place down cacti nearby.
      3. Ride the horse into the cacti and observe how it sometimes rears when it takes damage.
      4. Try to steer the horse out of the dangerous situation as it's rearing.
      5. Take note as to whether or not horses, donkeys, and mules sometimes play their rearing animations when they take damage, making it incredibly difficult to guide them out of dangerous situations.

      Observed Behavior:

      Horses, donkeys, and mules sometimes play their rearing animations when they take damage, making it incredibly difficult to guide them out of dangerous situations.
