When the player shoot an arrow to a falling block (Sand,gravel,red sand,concrete powder...). The arrow bounce on it with any sense toward the player.

What I expected to happen was...:
The arrow should cross the entity or the falling block or fall down.

What actually happened was...:
The arrow bounce on the falling block and hit me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I put a cobweb and 2 blocks of sand above.
2. I broke the sand among the cobweb and the second block of sand. And like this the second block of sand falls on the cobweb.
3. I shot the sand falling block with a bow, and the arrow that I shot bounce off the falling block and hit me.
