The bug:

English is written from left to right, but languages like Arabic are written from right to left. A tooltip is the item name that pops up when you hover your mouse over it in your inventory.

The bug is that when you hover your cursor over an item, the tooltip is displayed to the right when it should actually be displayed to the left in languages like Arabic or Hebrew.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to a language written right to left like Arabic as shown in the screenshot provided
2. Open your inventory, hover over any item and notice that the tooltip is to the right.

Expected behavior

The tooltip should be to the left in such languages.

Actual behavior

The tooltip is to the right just like in English.
