I have around 46 mods installed (I'm planning to add more) last night it worked perfectly, and today I wanted to install more mods + I also made a world to test my mods but then, when I pressed E to open my inventory, the game stopped for a few seconds, jumped to a window saying 'saving world', and exited the game.

I really want to play Minecraft Modded with my friends.. 

But how could I play when the game crashes (for me) whenever I press E for Inventory?

This happens both in Creative Mode and Survival Mode.

If you're gonna tell me to delete options.txt from my instance I already did that and the game still crashes when I press E.

Someone help!
