I've recently built a library and moved my 11 librarians there. As usual I've destroyed all beds and job site blocks and placed new ones in the new location. Usually when a villager lost his job block automatically look for a new job block and if the trade secured, they look for the same job site block. But in this version (1.19.3) all villagers literally went into lock state and they don't even move or sleep. Just for test purposes I've hit one of them and did not even escape. When I destroy all the new job site blocks they started to move and act as usual but whenever I place the job blocks, no matter how many you place, they freeze. It's same for the bed replacement. When there are plenty of beds they locked and don't move. Usually when a bed is occupied they look for another bed available and jump in that one. I assume multiple villagers lock over the same job block and can't move forward. And not even one villager has a job block, I mean they are basically fight over it, nobody owns that was hilarious but not fun to lost access to my trades.
