The "digging_stop" sound played after sniffers have done their digging animation can be heard extremely far away from the source.

What I expected to happen was...:
Hear nothing

What actually happened was...:
I heard the sniffer from hundreds of blocks away

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a sniffer
2. Travel further than 16 blocks away from the sniffer (should be out of sound radius)
3. You will still be able to hear the "digging_stop" sound
