The Bug:

Sniffers don't swim properly and their walking animations freeze when in water.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer in some water.
2. Observe its behavior closely as it swims.
3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers don't swim properly and their walking animations freeze when in water.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers don't swim properly and their walking animations freeze when in water.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would swim properly and their walking animations would not freeze when in water.
