The Bug:

The sounds of using brushes don't show any subtitles.

This affects both the "minecraft:item.brush.brushing" and "minecraft:item.brush.brush_sand_completed" sound events.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to your accessibility settings and ensure that subtitles are enabled.
2. Obtain a brush, use it on any block, and look at the subtitles overlay.
3. Take note as to whether or not the sounds of using brushes don't show any subtitles.

The sounds of using brushes don't show any subtitles.

Expected Behavior:

The sounds of using brushes would show subtitles.
