Minecart sound no longer increases in pitch the longer the minecart is rolling

      In version 1.6.4 and before, the sound of minecarts increases in pitch the longer the minecart rolls.

      Expected behaviour

      When a minecart starts rolling, the sound is slowed down, and the longer it rolls for, the more the sound speeds up.

      Demonstration of this behaviour in 1.6.4, the last version where this was happening:

      Observed behaviour

      The minecart always has the same sound, no matter its speed

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Use snapshot 13w42a or newer (1.19.3)
      2. Place minecart
      3. Push it and listen
