BUD Slimes, connecting to blocks they shouldn't, at angles they shouldn't

NOTE: I also tested 1.19.2 - where I initially discovered this bug - but it isn't in the dropdown

Seems that BUD stickiness is a thing now. I tried making a new elevator and found that my slime block/observer was getting stuck to the block used to power it somehow.

This seems to only work on certain blocks, though others are unaffected entirely. Hoppers, furnaces, the end portal frame as examples work fine, whereas a cake does not. In most of my elevators, I use redstone lamps as the power source for the observers - this bug seems to make them stick to the slime block despite not touching it/to the observer despite it not being slime.

I sent a world that includes some of the blocks I tested in chests so you can recreate this yourself with ease.
