Internationalisation, Text
The kudlits in the traditional Tagalog script Baybayin are diacritics that modify the vowel of a letter.
In the example bellow, the plus signs and dots are the kudlit that makes the word below spell "Enderman".
(ᜁᜈ᜔ᜇᜒᜍ᜔ᜋᜈ᜔)
However, in game the kudlits render as a separate character. In addition, ᜍ does not render at all.
Baybayin although not many in following, is getting increasingly more popular in the Philippines. Mainly, players that play through their phones can use Baybayin to talk and play minecraft. Examples of this is in the Minecraft server hosting service Aternos, whose Filipino translation include Baybayin:
And this video by Yong ᜌᜓᜅ᜔ on how to rename items into Baybayin. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gekMql2rfE)
(Additional: I haven't tested if the Pamudpod (1715) and archaic Ra (171F) also render correctly or at all, as I have not added them to my keyboard.)
