If an arrow has its Owner tag modified after being fired, it does not truly update ownership. I have two players on different teams, both with friendly fire disabled. If an arrow has its Owner tag updated, it passes through the original entity that fired it, without colliding with its hitbox. This is an issue because arrows have no Team tag, and the Owner tag is the only tag that specifies ownership. We suspect that this may be a hardcoded behavior of arrows specifically, but it is extremely troublesome for trying to modify projectile ownership mid-flight.
