A few months back i noticed that all the skins were steve or alex skins. It like that on all clients i use and on all servers as well as singleplayer and on the normal minecraft launcher. Tried to look it up on google but cant rly find a solution to the problem. 

As u can see on the screenshot i attached most skins are steve and some work. The screenshot does not show real players but that is how it looks for every player. 

ive tried diffrent versions and still got the same problem
