What I expected to happen was...:
The allay to come back up normally but it just stayed still. Even if I threw an item it was holding right above it.

What actually happened was...:
The allay couldn't get back up from below build limit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drop an item the allay is holding near y = 0 in the end.
2. The allay will go after the item and below y = 0
3. Bug should now occur.
