      What I expected to happen was...:
      The sword to simply break the block like i would with any other item.

      What actually happened was...:
      the block i tried to break gave of the breaking particles but did not break.
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.Get a sword (any sword0 and try and break something.
      2. you will find the block does not break.
      3. but the block does give of the little breaking particles but does not break.
